As early as possible, especially in the summer — spots go fast. Sunset cruise slots in particular fill up quickly. That said, if you're flexible on timing, reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Plans change, we get it. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your charter, you'll receive a full refund or credit toward another day. If you cancel within 48 hours, we'll do our best to rebook the slot — if we can, we'll refund or credit you. If not, the deposit may be forfeited.

Yes — just let us know early. If the new date is available, we're happy to move your booking at no extra charge. Last-minute changes may be harder to accommodate depending on the schedule.

Your safety comes first. If the Captain determines conditions aren't safe, we'll reschedule or offer a refund/credit. Light rain or clouds won't cancel a charter, but high winds, lightning, or rough seas might.

Let us know as soon as you can. We'll do our best to accommodate, but lost time may cut into your charter depending on the schedule for that day.

Yes — all guests must sign a liability waiver before the trip. You can sign digitally in advance at app.waiverelectronic.com/s/nKjUpTve. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present to sign for them.

Not at all. Professional instruction is included in all wakesurf charters — whether it's your first time or you're looking to level up. We'll tailor the session to your experience. Most first-timers are up and riding within the same session.

Sunscreen, towels, water, sunglasses, and your favorite playlist — the boat has Bluetooth. We provide all boards and gear, but you're welcome to bring your own if you'd like.

Yes — feel free to bring drinks as long as everyone is of legal age. Alcohol is not permitted for anyone actively participating in water sports. The Captain reserves the right to end a charter if anyone is impaired to the point of creating a safety hazard.

The boat seats up to 11, but per U.S. Coast Guard regulations, charters are limited to 6 paying passengers max — not including the captain. This includes all ages. The price is for your entire group, not per person. Have a bigger crew? Give us a call and we'll figure something out.

Definitely. Kids love being out on the water whether they're surfing, cruising, or spotting dolphins. Life jackets are required for all children under 6, and we have appropriately sized gear for younger riders.

Sightings are not guaranteed — they're wild animals. But they happen a lot out here, and when they show up, it's something else. Our viral ESPN dolphin encounter (10M+ views) is proof of that. The Gulf Coast waters around Englewood are naturally full of marine life regardless.

Most of our charters stay in calm nearshore waters, so it's rarely an issue. If you're prone to motion sickness, consider taking something beforehand just in case.

Accidents happen and we understand that. We just ask that everyone respects the boat and gear. Any willful damage or unsafe behavior may result in trip cancellation without refund, and possible charges for replacement or repair.

We operate daily from 7am to 9pm. Morning slots are great for glassy, calm water. The Sunset Cruise departs once per day in the evening — typically around 1.5 hours before sunset.
