We run ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and we need to know which ones actually bring people out on the boat. To do that this site uses three measurement tools:
Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages people read. Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to book. The Meta Pixel does the same for our Facebook and Instagram ads.
These tools see pages you viewed on this site, roughly where you are, the kind of device you used, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. When you book, they are told that a booking happened and what it was worth. They are never sent your name, your phone number, your email address or anything you typed into the booking form.
Google and Meta may use what they collect for their own purposes, including building advertising profiles. Under California law that counts as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. So you get a real choice, below.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never done so and we have no plans to. What you give us, your name, phone number, email address and the details of your trip, is used to run your charter and to stay in touch with you about it. Nothing more.
We do share limited advertising data with Google and Meta, as described above. You can switch that off for this browser right now. Analytics keeps counting the visit so we know how the site is doing, but the Meta Pixel will not load at all and no conversion data goes to Google Ads.
Switching this off stops the Meta Pixel loading and stops conversion data going to Google Ads on this browser.
Your choice is saved in this browser only. Clearing your browser data, or using a different device, resets it.

Tell us which of the three you want, a copy, a correction, or deletion, and the name, phone number, or email address you booked under, so we can find the right record. We will confirm within a few days and complete the request within 45 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If we cannot verify that the request came from you or someone you authorized, we will say so rather than hand over your details to a stranger.
Deleting your information means we lose your trip history, so if you book again later we will be starting from scratch. Records we are required to keep for tax or vessel-safety reasons stay on file, and we will tell you if that applies.
